The Rice Diet will be administered and medically supervised by Dr. Douglas Sprung, as an extension of the dietary management of obesity and other medical illnesses, provided through the Gastroenterology Group.
Patient Packet
Once you have arrived at the Rice Diet Center, you will be provided with a small packet of vital information to make your stay as simple and as much fun as possible. These hand outs should be studied, so you at least know its content, as this should be a valuable reference tool while on the program.
